Highways
The major east-west access to Phillips County is U.S. Federal Highway 6
U.S. Interstate Highway 76 is 30 miles north of Phillips County
U.S. Interstate Highway 80 is less than one hour north
The major north-south access to Phillips County is US Federal Highway 385
Colorado State Highway 59 runs north-south through the County via Haxtun
Colorado State Highway 23 runs at a diagonal east-west from Holyoke to the Nebraska border

Holyoke - 1 mile SE of town. 5000 foot runway - South/Southeast to North/Northwest. I.D. HEG, tie down service available, lighted helicopter pad, telephone, pilots lounge w/TV/VCR, courtesy cars, lighted runway - pilot control lights PCL-VASI approach lights, NDB - non-directional beacon, on-call fueling, ASOS - Telephone (970) 854-3679
Haxtun - 1.5 miles SE of town. 3860 foot asphalt runway - East to West. ID 17 Victor, two tie down spaces, telephone, lighted runway.

Utilities
Electricity
Holyoke and Haxtun have their own electrical distribution entities. The remainder of the county is serviced by the Highline Electric Coop.
Holyoke and Haxtun have backup generation systems
The county systems are serviced by Western Area Power Tristate and MEAN - Municipal Energy Agency of Nebraska


Natural Gas
The natural gas throughout the county is serviced by Kinder Morgan and have service sites in Holyoke and Haxtun


Water
The water in Phillips County is of very good quality
Water comes from the Ogalalla aquifer
There is a sizable amount of irrigation throughout the county


Sewer
Haxtun, Holyoke and Paoli have lagoon type sewer systems
The remainder of the county uses leach field systems
