Please make your payment payable to Phillips County Economic Development Corporation / NECALG and mail it to us at P.O. Box 424, Holyoke, CO 80734.
Contributions to PCEDC / NECALG are eligible for a 25% tax credit against your Colorado State Income Tax. For questions, contact you accountant, tax advisor, or call the PCED Executive Director at 970-580-3614.
